These are the questions we hear most, from a facilities manager scheduling an annual test to a general contractor coordinating a new build. If the answer below still leaves something unclear, the office will answer it directly.

Yes. The office runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and 24-hour emergency fire service runs every day of the year.
Yes. Alongside the Texas registrations we hold licences in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, North Carolina, New Mexico, Colorado, Michigan, North Dakota, Tennessee, Montana, Georgia, Kansas and Missouri. Every number is published on our licences page.
Our design department carries NICET certification through Level IV in Water-Based Systems Layout, with Level III in Inspection and Testing, Level III in Special Hazards and Level II in Fire Alarm Systems. Our sprinkler inspectors hold Texas RME-I certification and our extinguisher technicians hold FEL licences.
Yes, and it is more than twenty years of it, including full site work and fire protection installation. We are members of the Modular Building Institute, and the work runs from Mayport Naval to several thousand floors of FEMA housing.
Estimates are free. New installations carry a one-year warranty on top of that.
That is a large part of what we do. We hold inspection and service contracts for organizations including Walmart, Sam's Club, UPS, Pilgrim's Pride, Albertsons, Hobby Lobby and Cracker Barrel, and we are Avetta and ISNetworld approved with a documented safety program.

Any fire protection system that has failed, tripped, or is showing a fault it should not be showing. Twenty-four hour emergency fire protection service runs whenever it arises, not on a fixed schedule and not only during office hours.
