Every system the fire marshal checks, under one registration.
A commercial building carries several separate fire protection systems, and each one is inspected on its own schedule. Automatic Sprinkler of Texas designs, installs, inspects, tests, maintains and repairs all five of them under three Texas certificates of registration held by one company.
Splitting sprinkler, alarm, extinguisher, lighting and monitoring across four vendors means four service records, four renewal dates and four different numbers to call when something reads wrong on a panel. A facilities manager working to an AHJ deadline does not need four vendors' paperwork reconciled against each other. One registered contractor holds the whole record, and the technician who answers the call already knows what is behind the ceiling tile from the last visit.

Flammable and combustible liquid storage does not respond to water the way an office building does. Special hazard systems and foam suppression, including Chemguard foam bladder tanks, have gone into refinery, pipeline and chemical distribution sites for over a decade.
Underground fire mains
Site-wide water supply for fire protection, including a 4,200-foot run of HDPE underground main installed for a pipeline client, is the part of the system nobody sees once the trench is closed.
Backflow prevention assembly testing
Testers licensed with the TNRCC confirm that a fire protection water supply cannot contaminate the potable supply it connects to. It is a required test, not an optional one, on most commercial systems.
